Life Receipts Support

Life Receipts helps you capture and search private records of real-world situations, including repairs, purchases, appointments, warranties, promises, and follow-ups.

Common checks

• If cloud AI is unavailable, open Settings in the app and use Test backend connection.
• If reminders do not appear, check iOS notification permissions for Life Receipts.
• If Face ID lock is unavailable, confirm that device authentication is configured on your device.
• If imports are missing, reopen Life Receipts after sharing an item from another app.
